Facts And Questions

Call, text or message us with your needs. We will then book your free meet and greet visit (dog training excluded) so that we can discuss your pets needs further, give you access to our software and if you choose our services fill out all the necessary forms and discuss key collection.
We know pets. Whether you own a dog, a cat, a small furry or anything in between? If we don't know your species, we will endeavor to find out about it because we love all creatures be them large or small. As a child Marie-Claire, our head pet carer took horse riding lessons, owned stick insects, giant African land-snails, mice, a guinea pig, cats, a rabbit and lots and lots of rats. Now she owns rescue dogs!.
Yes. This isn't a hobby this is our life, our career, our passion. We are not new to pet care, we know this isn't a 9-5 job and we are proud to offer pet parents in Maidstone care for their pet when they aren't available. However we are also just human so please book in with as much notice as possible.
We offer a comprehensive list of services but we pride ourselves on offering our care on a bespoke level so if you have a special care pet or situation contact us for a no obligation chat.
We cover Allington, Aylesford, Barming, Ditton, East Farleigh, Fant, Maidstone town center. Unfortunately we hate traffic and Maidstone is full of it so although we would really love to care for your pets we won't be able to cover you outside of these areas.
We are fully insured to care for dogs, cats, small animals and even smaller domesticated farm animals. If you have an exotic pet call us to discuss its needs.
The number of dogs who join us on a buddy group is dependent upon the recall abilities and the mix of dogs we have with us. There are special circumstances, and we do walk a few groups of six, but our buddy groups are generally only four dogs.
Yes! We are fully insured and have EMPLOYERS liability.
Yes we do. If you require one off walks and pet sits we are available as well as offering daily care.
We understand that it is far less stressful for your pet to stay in a home environment compared to a kennel. However, we go that one step further and believe your pet should stay in his or her OWN home environment. We offer bespoke care in your home so that this is possible. Contact us today for a free quote.
We can not guarantee to be available if you book us last minute anymore as we are so busy but we do understand that life doesn't always go to plan. If we have your key on file, we will do our very best to fit in a visit or walk to your pet.
We accept cash, bank transfer and PayPal (administration fees may be incurred).
Generally yes. We are a very small team because we understand the way a dogs mind works. Having lots of different people walking him or her can be very scary for your pooch which is why we employ staff. Your dog will have a primary walker and a back up walker in case of holiday or illness. We do not have self employed staff and we do not have a high staff turn over.
Kind of. The rules and regulations on day care are changing big style (finally) and any where a dog day care is carried out MUST legally be checked by the local council. We have never offered day care however for those dogs who need more than one walk we do offer our adventure walks of four hours out walking on all of our group walks. Because we only offer this service we have limited availability as each staff member can only have one adventure dog. Talk about spoilt!!!
Yes and no. We are just a small business trying to make a crust however we know pet care is expensive so we will be offering loyalty cards for clients who book ten walks per month. Check out our facebook page for more details.

The two fields we rent are basically back up plans. Unlike other dog walkers who seem to live in their fields we will NOT have more than 12 dogs (6 per handler) in our fields at once. We use the fields during picnic season as it can be very stressful to walk dogs when they spot an unsuspecting picnic goer before we do! The carnage! We use our fields for paddling and we have toys and play equipment on it.
Unfortunately not at the current point in time. However we hope to open them up for private play groups with our owners and training sessions in the not so distant future.
